Bio
Amanda MacMurtrie is an art maker and art therapist with a special love for collaborative art and mixing metaphors. She explores what art-making can teach us about relationship and presence, particularly through watercolor, collage, and writing. In addition to deepening her own expressive arts practice, she supports the awakening and flourishing of others with one-on-one creative accompaniment and therapeutic art workshops. Amanda has worked in various mental health environments and holds a Masters in Art Therapy with a Specialization in Counseling from Seton Hill University.
